Bus + Ferry Combo

If you're traveling from another part of Cebu (Mactan airport, North Cebu) and want maximum flexibility, consider the scenic route:

  1. Cebu City to Sibulan (by bus): 2–3 hours, ₱150–200. Sibulan is the southernmost port in Cebu.
  2. Sibulan to Dumaguete (by ferry): 30 minutes, ₱80–100. Lite Ferries also operates here.
  3. Total: 3–3.5 hours, ₱230–300 (same as Oslob route, slightly shorter ferry ride).

Pro: Fewer tourists know about Sibulan, so ferries are less crowded. Con: Buses to Sibulan are less frequent than to Oslob.
